Your wellbeing
We support our staff by having an open-door policy at the managerial level, so a colleague can come and speak to a trusted manager about anything at all. We operate a Mental Health First Aider programme so that there's always someone looking out for your mental wellbeing.
Health and safety is naturally a priority at Precision FM, so you'll be following strict rules and using the right equipment to do your job safely.
